Results from MMWA Culmination, Saturday May 16 at Sandusky Middle School:

Brad Hexum came out and discussed his victories in March and how he earned the right to face MMWA Champion Daniel Sigma tonight for the gold. However, Sigma wasn't in attendance and therefore was being stripped of the title. Hexum proposed that the winner of the Sky Devian/Sebastian Rose match face him in the main event for the now-vacacted MMWA Heavyweight Championship. Sky Devian came out and said that Sebastian Rose hadn't shown up either, and proposed that he and Hexum meet one-on-one with the winner becoming the next MMWA Champ. If either Hexum or Rose were to show up the match would become a three or four-way. The two agreed, and Devian reminded Hexum of the latter's personal losing streak against the hometown hero.

- The Mad Dragon defeated Billy McKenzie.

- In a battle of big men, Buckshot prevailed over Big Daddy T.

- Christopher Saint pinned Grizzly House Jones, who endured some "shave your back" chants from the crowd.

- Oblivion defeated Big Chuck Wagon by DQ when the latter was caught smashing the masked heel with a chair. Already DQ'ed Big Chuck decided to make good use of his chair, smashing Oblivion no less than 7 more times with it!

- Dixie Muscle retained the Tag Team titles over Xero Tolerance and The Big Deal in a scramble match where only two men could be in the ring at one time and the man who scored the first pinfall won the match for his team. After about 10 minutes of action, partners JD Mason and Johnny Rebel ended up as the two legal men. Mason then rolled Rebel up for the pin, ensuring that Dixie Muscle would remain tag champs!

- Kid Statik prevailed over Evan Epic in a brutal Ladder Match to retain the Cruiserweight Title

- Gutter pinned Xavier Justice after blasting him with his gutter "Cindy."

- Brad Hexum and Sky Devian fought for a few brief minutes before Sebastian Rose's music hit and the two-time former MMWA Champion came out to join the party. Rose pinned Hexum to win the belt for the third time.

Return to Glory 3/27/09
The Mid-Michigan Wrestling Association held "Return to Glory" on Friday, March

27 at Sandusky Middle School in Sandusky, Michigan in front of approximately 150

fans.

- In the opening encounter, newcomer Big Daddy T defeated Aaron O'Rion and

Grizzy House Jones in a three-way dance.

- Oblivion obliterated Jaydan Andrews.

- The Young Guns (Adam Sniper and Mad Dragon) scored a surprise victory over

former MMWA Tag Team Champions The Suicycos

- Sebastian Rose came out and proclaimed that since Daniel Sigma wasn't able to

appear on the show, that he should simply be handed back the MMWA Heavyweight

Title. Sky Devian came out - with a trash pail full of weapons - with a better

idea - if Rose could beat him, then on May 16th at the MMWA's next show, it

would be Sigma versus Rose. If Devian won, a battle royal would be held later in

the show to determine the #1 contender. Rose accepted the challenge, and the

match was on.

- Sky Devian defeated Sebastian Rose in just under 15 minutes in a No-DQ match

that featured hockey sticks, chairs, chains, a tire iron and even a bowling pin!

- High Noon (Levi Blue and Erik Freedom) defeated the Can Am Express (John

Campbell and Cody Kelly).

- In an 18-man battle royal to determine the new #1 contender to Daniel Sigma's

title, Brad Hexum - winless in his MMWA career - emerged the surprise victor

when Rose interfered to eliminate Sky Devian.

- Dixie Muscle defeated Reckless Youth (Nick Xero and JT Havoc) to retain the

MMWA Tag Team Titles.

- Buckshot pinned Christopher Saint.

- MMWA Cruiserweight Champion Kid Statik beat Evan Epic by DQ after being on the

receiving end of the most vicious chairshot in MMWA history.

- Brad Hexum came out to apologize to the fans for his poor attitude during his

losing streak and to thank them for supporting the promotion during its first

two years. Xavier Justice came out to confront Hexum and argued that he should

be #1 contender. Justice challenged him to a match right then and there, with

the winner going on to face Daniel Sigma on May 16. Hexum accepted!

- Brad Hexum pinned Xavier Justice after the latter fell over Hexum into a

pinning combination. Hexum captured lightning in a bottle twice in one show and

will face Daniel Sigma for the MMWA Heavyweight Title on May 16!!!

The show started off with Sky Devian coming out and explaining that he must

forfeit his spot in the four corners match, due to a knee injury and surgery.

Sebastian Rose came out to make things a bit more difficult for Devian. Rose

called out Xavier Justice and offered to pay him to break Devian’s other leg.

As soon as Justice made his way for Devian, Daniel Sigma ran from the back and

cut him off. Sigma cleared the ring, and proved himself a major threat in the

four corners match.

Match 1: Adam Sniper defeated Oblivion with a top rope flying super kick!

Match 2: “Dastardly” Donny Crow defeated Hades in his first singles match in the

MMWA.

Dixie Muscle came out talking about how they ran Nick Xero out of the MMWA, and

took the Tag Team Titles for themselves. Nick Xero came out to defend himself,

and set up a match for the Undisputed Tag Team Titles later in the show. Xero

promised he would have a partner.

Match 3: The DaVinci’s (Vinnie and Diego) defeated the Suicyco’s (Overkill and

Slasher) to become the number 1 contender for the Tag Team Titles after Vinnie

hit a 450 Splash.

Match 4: Kid Statik pinned Evan Epic to retain his Cruiser Weight title in a

fantastic battle, pitting the high flyer against the grappler.

Match 5: Levi Blue defeated Christopher Saint in a flat out brawl. Saint just

couldn’t keep up with the veteran Levi Blue, whom is an expert brawler.

Match 6: ..Dixie.. Muscle (JD Mason and Johnny Rebel) defeated Nick Xero and his

surprise partner, Kid Statik. Dixie Muscle pinned Nick Xero after dishing out a

lot of abuse to both men.

Match 7: MMWA Champ: Sebastian Rose vs. Daniel Sigma vs. Xavier Justice vs. (The

Mystery Drawn Opponent) Evan Epic

Epic, Justice, and Rose teamed up to try and hold Sigma down, but they could not

contain his passion. The end of the match came when Rose choke slammed Evan

Epic, Sky Devian then tripped Rose up with his cane, and Rose stumbled right

into Xavier Justice’s top rope flipping neck breaker. As Justice got up to make

the pin, Sigma Super kicked Justice over the top rope to the floor. Sigma then

jumped onto Rose, and obtained the three count!
