Gutter Retains Belt In Rematch With Sebastian Rose

Hundreds of MMWA Fans were left heartbroken as hometown hero Sky Devian attacked best friend Cruiserweight Champ Kid Statik following their match at the Tubbs' vs Graff's sellfest

Devian, in a fit of rage following yet another loss to Statik, and possibly influenced by his meeting with Wrestling Legend Ric Flair the night before, superkicked Statik and proceded to beat him and the MMWA's head official mercilesly, stoving in Kid Statik's ribs with a vicious kick to the fallen champion's side!

Three time MMWA Champ Sebastian Rose proclaimed that it would take him less than 5 minutes to regain the big belt, but it only took MMWA Champion Gutter 15 minutes to defeat Rose, putting him out with The Gutter Cutter and possibly out of championship contention

The hated Dixie Muscle team of JD Mason and Johnny Rebel still retained the Tag Team Belts with a disqualification loss to Reckless Youth, who challenged the tag champs to a No DQ match at the Yale Bologna Festival

400 pound Big Chuck Wagon crushed the MMWA's Monster, Oblivion with a Frog Splash off of the top rope to end a wild match that saw the two big men spill out of the ring and over to an ice cream stand, where Big Chuck introduced Oblivion to his favorite flavor!

Vinnie DaVinci made his long awaited return to the MMWA, only to have to tap out to "Pretty Boy" Billy MacKenzie

A Wild crowd of over 500 new and old MMWA Fans were treated to two of the Best MMWA Shows Yet at the MMWA's debut in Bad Axe!

Gutter became the 3rd ever MMWA Heavyweight Champ when he cut short Sebastian Rose's third championship reign!

After issuing a challenge to the champ during the first show of the day, Gutter was forced to wrestle Oblivion in order to earn his shot, and defeated the MMWA's Monster in the first show and in The Hatchet Festival's Main Event, defeated the multi time champion Rose in an instant classic of a match!

Earlier in the day, Rose defended the big belt and defeated Nick Xero in a high paced match

Dixie Muscle easily defended their tag belts in both shows, defeating the team of The Mad Dragon and Jacob in the first show and dominating Reckless Youth in the second show. Johnny Rebel and Grizzly House Jones taunted the crowd throughout their matches and may have become the most hated men in Bad Axe!

In a match set up by an match in the first show, Xavier Justice Donned A Pittsburgh Penguins Jersey and faced the wrath of the crowd and die hard Red Wings Fan Kid Statik!

The match quickly spilled out of the ring and the two men battled across downtown Bad Axe, with Statik pounding Justice's head into a Traffic Sign, a Port-A-Potty and.....a Log Cabin? Statik withstood the agony of Justice's Dreaded Nerve Hold of Doom and finished Cindy Crysby's new best friend with The Devastating EleKtron Bomb!!!
